Terms of Service

The service

CreatorGrowth helps a business describe itself, find partners, draft outreach, send that outreach from the business’s own mailbox, read replies, and attribute revenue from a connected Stripe account. You decide the rules. Approving a message queues it. CreatorGrowth sends it only when the contact has not opted out, the relationship allows it, and the send limits allow it. Some follow-ups can send without a second approval when you turn on a preapproved automation rule, and only inside those limits.

Practice mode records what would have been sent and does not contact real people. Live mode sends real email from the mailbox you connect.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, and you must be using CreatorGrowth for a business.

Your mailbox and your contacts

You connect a mailbox you are allowed to use. You are responsible for the messages that go out from it and for having a lawful reason to email each recipient. Do not use CreatorGrowth for unlawful, deceptive, or purchased lists. The product adds an unsubscribe line and honors opt-outs. Do not try to remove someone from the do-not-email list in order to email them again.

Gmail data is not used for ads or to train AI models. CreatorGrowth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Acceptable use

Use CreatorGrowth for lawful business outreach you are allowed to send. Do not use it to mislead people, to harass them, or to work around an unsubscribe. Do not try to break, overload, or misuse the service, or to use someone else’s account without permission.

YouTube

When a campaign includes YouTube, the product uses YouTube API Services to read public channel information. That use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Do not use the product to scrape YouTube or to misrepresent public channel facts. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored, when it is refreshed or deleted, and how to ask for deletion.

Stripe and AI

Stripe, when you connect it, is used for revenue attribution only. It does not move payouts or charge cards from inside CreatorGrowth.

Drafts and reply classifications may be produced by the message service configured for this installation. They are suggestions. You remain responsible for what you approve and send. Sample output in practice mode is not a live result.

Accounts

Registration creates a workspace and makes you its owner. Keep the password to yourself. The owner can download the workspace’s data and can delete the workspace. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy, including the hashed record that survives so opted-out addresses are not emailed again.

No guaranteed results

CreatorGrowth is a tool for organizing outreach and measuring what you record. It does not promise replies, customers, or revenue. Budgets and offers you enter are your decisions. The product does not sign contracts or pay creators for you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CreatorGrowth’s total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing in that time.

Termination

You can stop using CreatorGrowth at any time. The workspace owner can delete the workspace from Settings. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts other people at risk.

Changes

These terms were last updated on October 5, 2026. When the terms change, the date on this page changes with them. Continuing to use the product after that date means you accept the updated terms.
